The Speed of Trust

By the 10 April 2020

Trust is a fundamental principle in the working world. Yet few people mention this when they describe the experience of working in their organisation. So why is trust so important?

Gary T Judd recently spoke at our Business Transformation Summit about the effect trust can have on your people and your profits. He is the leader of the FranklinCovey’s Global Speed of Trust practice, with an impressive background as a CEO and leadership consultant for several Fortune 500 companies.

When trust goes down, productivity slows and costs go up. Gary refers this concept to as the ‘trust tax’. The less trust you have within your organisation, the bigger the impact on your bottom line.

Watch this short video to get more tips from Gary on how to establish trust with your workforce.
