Reinventing employability in the digital era

The world of business is being disrupted all the time. The recent health crisis has certainly accelerated that disruption, but the need for new skills in the digital era remains paramount.

In this short video, I talk about the challenges facing businesses in the digital era. In particular, there is a need to reskill and upskill our people, so that they have what it takes to remain competitive. The new era demands new players, and it is our duty to help enable these players to work with new technologies and modes of working.
