About us

This blog is designed to share thoughts, ideas and experiences gained from the many Cegos teams who have delivered hundreds of training projects for clients worldwide.

In a variety of articles, interviews and research, we will address the main challenges that L&D managers face right now, including:

  • Coping with the exponential speed of change in business, workforce structure and employees’ expectations: the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world, the global and digitalized economy, and overworked and overstressed people.
  • Improving L&D key performance such as: time to competence, agility, and total cost of ownership.
  • Creating a new learning culture.

Feel free to join the discussion and share your thoughts on the future of education and learning.

We hope this blog will inspire you to understand and play a part in the ongoing learning revolution.
