About us

This blog is designed to share thoughts, ideas and experiences gained from the many Cegos teams who are delivering hundreds of training projects for clients worldwide.

In a variety of articles, interviews and research, we address the main challenges that L&D managers face today, including:

  • Coping with the exponential speed of change in business, workforce structure and employees’ expectations: the VUCA world, the global and digitalized economy, the evolution of ways of working, overworked and overstressed teams.
  • Improving L&D key performance such as: time to competence, agility, and total cost of ownership.
  • Creating and fostering a new learning culture.

Feel free to join the discussion and share your thoughts on the future of education and learning.

We hope this blog will inspire you to raise awareness and play a part in the ongoing learning revolution.

My mission consists in ensuring we provide our global clients the L&D solutions they need to boost their results. I work to create synergies across our teams, fostering international collaboration, harmonizing ways of working and sharing best practices. Our job is to effectively decode our clients’ stakes and challenges, define the best learning strategy and programmes and safely deploy them worldwide.
In other words: identifying and deploying the learning solutions that will improve our clients’ business results, talent engagement and upskilling/reskilling.

Within the Cegos group, I am in charge of monitoring new digital teaching tools and new technologies for training and learning experiences. I manage innovation projects in order to create training formats that use digital technology and human interaction for training.
As a training facilitator for more than 15 years, I work on innovative learning systems. Il also trains trainers who integrate digital technology into their teaching methods.
I am co-author of “La Boite à outils des formateurs” (the Trainers Toolbox) published by Dunod.
I previously worked as a consultant and educational engineer on training projects at Cegos and in sales positions in the FMCG sector.
