My job consists in finding out & deploying internationally the right learning solutions to improve companies’ business results & agility & to develop people’s talent and engagement. In the context of the ongoing revolution of the L&D function, I see myself as a change agent who enables the adoption & the deployment of innovative learning solutions. This I am highly committed to and passionate about.
